Service
API and systems integration that connects your tools
We connect the systems your business runs on, so a customer, an order, or a payment is entered once and appears everywhere it should. You stop retyping data, your reports agree, and automation and AI finally have clean data to work with.

At a glance
What we build
We connect your business systems, such as your website, customer records, payments, and accounting, so information moves between them automatically and nobody types it twice.
Problems we solve
When systems do not share information, people type the same details more than once, numbers disagree between reports, and things get missed.
Who we serve
Teams that use several tools for one process, and owners who suspect they pay people to copy information between screens.
How to choose
Connect systems when your tools are fine but separate. Choose the simplest connection that is reliable, and replace a tool only when it cannot be connected.

The problem
Why your systems stop talking to each other
Businesses buy tools one at a time. A website here, a customer database there, an accounting package, a payment service, a stock system. Each purchase makes sense. Nobody plans how they will share information, so people become the connection.
That shows up as double entry, reports that disagree, orders that wait for someone to key them in, and customers who get asked for the same details twice. It is slow, and every re-typed detail is a chance for a mistake.
The fix is rarely a new system. It is usually a set of dependable connections between the systems you already trust.
What changes
Re-typing versus connected
Here is one sale, followed through the same business with and without connections.
Re-typing versus connected
Before: Disconnected tools. Website order arrives: A notification email.; Customer record updated: Typed in by hand.; Invoice created: Typed in again.; Stock changed: Updated later, if remembered.. After: Connected tools. Website order arrives: Entered once by the customer.; Customer record updated: Automatically.; Invoice created: Automatically, with the right details.; Stock changed: Immediately..
Before
Disconnected tools
People carry information from screen to screen.
- Website order arrivesA notification email.
- Customer record updatedTyped in by hand.
- Invoice createdTyped in again.
- Stock changedUpdated later, if remembered.
After
Connected tools
The order is entered once and reaches every tool.
- Website order arrivesEntered once by the customer.
- Customer record updatedAutomatically.
- Invoice createdAutomatically, with the right details.
- Stock changedImmediately.
Our approach
Connecting the systems you already run
We make separate systems share information and work as one. Most tools offer an API, a defined way for one program to request or send information to another, and we build the connections on top of it, then watch them so they keep working.
Most modern tools offer an API. Connecting two tools means using their APIs to send the right information, in the right format, at the right moment, with the right permissions.
Good integration is more than a link. It also decides what happens when something fails, how to avoid duplicates, who is allowed to see what, and how to know it is still working.
Common connections
The connections we build most often
Website and customer records
Inquiries and orders flow into your customer system as soon as they happen, with nothing lost in an inbox.
Payments and accounting
Payments from providers such as Stripe and PayPal are matched to orders and recorded correctly.
Online stores and stock
Orders, stock, shipping, and prices stay in step between your shop and the systems behind it.
Company software and accounting
Operations software and finance systems share the same numbers, so reports agree.
Older systems and new tools
Systems that were never designed to connect can still be linked, safely, so you can modernize one step at a time.
Email, calendar, and documents
Messages, bookings, and files follow the work, instead of living in separate places.
Ways to connect
Three ways to connect systems
There is more than one way to join systems. The right one depends on how many systems are involved and how much they change.
How it works
Two systems talk to each other straight away.
- Good when
- You are connecting two tools, and the connection is simple.
- Watch out for
- Many direct links become hard to manage as you add tools.
How it works
Every system connects to one middle layer, which passes information on.
- Good when
- You have several systems, and want one place to see and control the flow.
- Watch out for
- The hub becomes important, so it needs care and monitoring.
How it works
Systems announce what happened, and others react when they hear it.
- Good when
- Things change often, and many parts need to know quickly.
- Watch out for
- It is harder to follow, so good records are essential.
How it works
What happens inside one connection
Behind every dependable link between two systems is the same short series of steps.
What happens inside one connection
A sequence of 5 steps. Something changes: A customer is added, or an order is paid.; A message is sent: The first system announces the change.; The details are checked: Required fields, formats, and duplicates are verified.; The other system is updated: The record is created or changed.; Success is confirmed or retried: If it fails, the system tries again and alerts someone..
- Something changesA customer is added, or an order is paid.
- A message is sentThe first system announces the change.
- The details are checkedRequired fields, formats, and duplicates are verified.
- The other system is updatedThe record is created or changed.
- Success is confirmed or retriedIf it fails, the system tries again and alerts someone.
Choosing the right approach
How we pick the right approach
We connect what can be connected well. When a tool is too limited to integrate cleanly, we show you what replacing it would cost against working around it, so you choose with the numbers in front of you.
- The tool has no way for other systems to reach it.
- The connection would cost more than the tool.
- The tool is about to be retired.
- The real problem is an unclear process, not missing links.
Technology
The integration technology we use
The detail a technical reviewer will ask about: styles of API, payments, safe sign-in between systems, and reliability.
We work with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks for real-time notices, and older formats such as SOAP when a system needs them. For business tools we use their official APIs, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Microsoft Graph, and the Google APIs.
We use standard sign-in methods such as OAuth 2 and OpenID Connect, keep access keys in a secure store, and grant each connection only the permissions it needs.
- Retries with increasing waits, and queues for work that cannot be processed right away.
- Duplicate protection, so a message handled twice does not create two records.
- Rate-limit awareness, so we do not overload a partner's system.
- Logs, metrics, and alerts for every connection.
- An API gateway or event-based design when the number of systems grows.

Pricing and timelines
What integration work costs
Every project is quoted in writing after a short call. These ranges show where most projects land, so you can plan before you talk to us.
Single integration
Two systems connected so data moves without anyone copying it.
Typical range
$1,500 to $4,000
1 week from approved scope
Multi-system integration
Your customer records, accounting, payments, and operations tools working from the same data.
Typical range
$5,000 to $12,000
2 to 4 weeks from approved scope
Custom API
A secure, documented API for your apps, partners, or customers.
Typical range
$8,000 to $18,000

What clients say
In our clients' words
We used to oversell items when store stock fell out of step. We no longer find out about a mismatch from an upset customer.

Common questions
Questions about connecting systems
Can any two systems be connected?
Most can. Modern tools usually offer a way to connect. Older systems may need a different approach. We check what each tool allows before promising anything, and we tell you honestly when a connection is not worth building.
Is our information safe when it moves between systems?
It can be. We use secure connections, limit each link to the permissions it needs, protect access keys, and keep a record of what moves. Sensitive information gets extra care, including whether it should move at all.
What if one of the systems changes or goes down?
Dependable connections expect this. They retry, keep a queue of waiting work, and alert a person if a problem lasts. We also watch for changes in the tools we connect.
How long does an integration take?
A single integration between two systems usually takes about a week and costs $1,500 to $4,000. Connecting several systems takes 2 to 4 weeks and costs $5,000 to $12,000. Larger integration platforms take 6 to 10 weeks.
Do we need integration or automation?
Often both. Integration moves information between systems. Automation uses those connections to run a process, with rules and approvals. We help you decide where each fits.
Can you connect our older software?
Usually, yes, though the method varies. It may be a database connection, a file exchange, or a new layer placed in front. It is also a good first step toward modernizing, one piece at a time.
