AI Solutions
We build AI into the processes you already run: reading documents, sorting requests, summarizing cases, and answering questions from your own information. Each system is checked against real examples before launch, and we tell you plainly where AI is not the right tool.

At a glance
What we build
We build AI solutions that use machine learning, often a language model, to read, summarize, classify, predict, or answer as part of a business process.
Problems we solve
Teams spend hours reading documents, sorting requests, and answering similar questions, and a chatbot added without care gives wrong answers.
Who we serve
Teams with large volumes of text or repeated judgments, and leaders who want AI used responsibly, not for show.
How to choose
Start with a narrow, checkable task, keep people in control of decisions that matter, and measure the result before widening the scope.
In practice
AI as a part of a process, not a product on its own
We use machine learning as one step in a business process, where it reads language, images, or patterns. It works best on narrow tasks whose results can be checked, so that is where we put it.
Language models are good at reading and drafting. They can also be confidently wrong. A solution therefore needs more than the model: it needs rules, checks, records, and a route to a person.
That is why we describe AI work in terms of the process it improves, such as sorting requests or finding answers in documents, and not in terms of the model name.
How an AI task moves through a process
A sequence of 5 steps. Information comes in: Documents, messages, forms, or records.; The AI reads it: It finds the facts, topic, or intent.; Rules and checks apply: Business rules and confidence limits are applied.; A person reviews what matters: Doubtful cases go to a human.; The result is used: A reply, a record, or a routed task..

What we build
Tasks AI does well
Reading and summarizing
- Pulling key facts from contracts, forms, and reports.
- Summarizing long messages or cases.
Sorting and routing
- Classifying requests by topic and urgency.
- Sending each to the right person.
Finding answers
- Answering questions from your own documents, with sources shown.
- Helping staff find policies and past decisions.
Drafting
- First drafts of replies and reports, for a person to review.
Keeping it honest
Where checks fit around the AI
The model is one part. The checks around it make the system trustworthy.
Where checks fit around the AI
Layers from top to bottom. Your information; The AI model; Rules and limits; Human review; Records and measures.
- Your informationDocuments and records the AI is allowed to use.
- The AI modelReads, drafts, or classifies.
- Rules and limitsWhat it may do, and when it must stop.
- Human reviewPeople approve what matters.
- Records and measuresEvery result is logged and sampled for quality.
Fit
Where AI helps, and where to be careful
| Task | Suits AI? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Sorting incoming messages | Usually yes. | Mistakes are easy to spot and fix. |
| Drafting replies for review | Usually yes. | A person approves before anything is sent. |
| Answering from your documents | Yes, with sources. | People can check the answer against the source. |
| Final decisions about people, money, or safety | Not alone. | A person must decide, with AI as an aid at most. |
| Tasks with no way to check the result | Be careful. | Without checks, errors go unnoticed. |
A typical example
AI sorting a busy support inbox
A typical case is a team that receives hundreds of support emails a day. Staff read each one to decide who should handle it, and urgent messages are sometimes found late.
An AI step could read each email, label its topic and urgency, and route it. Anything it is unsure about would go to a person. Staff would start each day with the urgent messages at the top.

Describe the task and how many items it covers. We will say honestly whether AI helps, and how we would check its work.
