Solutions
Start from the problem
At DECHY, a solution is the answer to a business problem. Below are the problems we are asked about most and how we solve each one. Where a kind of system answers your need better than a single solution, we point you to it.
Each solution leads to the services, systems, and technologies behind it.
- 1,200+ clients helped
- Building since 2010
- 15 services, one team
- 50+ technologies

How it fits together
A solution is not a service, a system, or a tool
DECHY describes the same work from four angles. Each answers a different question, and each has its own pages.
| View | The question it answers | Where to look |
|---|---|---|
| Solutions | What is wrong, and what does fixing it look like? | The solution pages below. |
| Services | What kind of work does DECHY do? | Services hub, one page for each of the 15. |
| Work Areas | What kinds of system does DECHY build? | The Work hub, with the systems we build. |
| Technologies | What is it built with? | The Technologies hub, with pages for each major tool. |
The solutions
Six problems we solve, in the words people use
Each solution page starts from the problem, then explains the routes open to you, how we work, and what to watch for.
- We do the same tasks by hand, again and againBusiness process automation takes the repeated steps of a process, such as requests, approvals, and re-typed data, and lets software carry them out.
- Our software is old, and risky to change or leaveLegacy system modernization moves an old system to a supported setup in stages, so the business keeps running at every step.
- Our servers are costly, aging, or fragileCloud migration plans and carries out the move of systems and data to the cloud, with a route for each system and a tested way back.
- Our customer records disagree between toolsConnecting your customer relationship management (CRM) system to the website, billing, support, and marketing, so each fact is entered once.
- We cannot see current numbers without building reportsBusiness dashboards give each role a few trusted, current figures, taken from your own systems and defined once.
- Customers wait too long for answersAI customer support answers routine questions from your own content and hands the rest to your team with the context attached.
Other needs

Common questions
Questions about solutions
What if my problem is not listed?
Describe it to us. The list shows the problems we are asked about most, and many others are variations or mixtures of them.
Why are there only six solution pages?
A solution page is for a problem that no single kind of system answers. Where a kind of system answers the need directly, such as a customer portal or an internal tool, we point you to it instead of repeating it.
Are solutions products I can buy?
No. They are patterns for solving a problem, which we build to fit you. Some use ready-made tools, and some need custom work.
How do solutions relate to your work pages?
Solutions describe the problem and the approach. Work pages describe the kinds of system that result. Each links to the other.
