   What the client wanted

   Move every order from checkout to delivery automatically, with customers informed at each step.

   The challenge

   Staff copied orders from the store into the warehouse system, booked carriers by hand, and answered "where is my order" emails all day. Peak season meant late shipments and refunds.

   What we built

   We built OrderRail, which connects the online store, payment system, inventory, warehouse, and shipping carriers, automates picking, packing, labels, and tracking, and sends customers updates at every stage.
