   Recruiters screened hundreds of CVs by hand, chased documents by email, and scheduled interviews through endless back-and-forth. Good candidates accepted other offers while they waited.

   We built TalentFlow, which receives applications, checks documents, screens and ranks candidates with AI, schedules interviews automatically, and gives recruiters a clear pipeline from applied to hired.
